These terms apply to your use of this website and the services offered through it by Arunaagiri, the training and coaching practice of Dr Arunaagiri Mudaaliar, Mumbai, India (“Arunaagiri”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

We offer on-site training programs, keynotes, online courses for individuals and teams, books and free sessions such as Golden Hour. Specific programs, team licences and bulk orders are governed by the proposal, quotation or agreement we share with you, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

2. Using the website

• Provide accurate information when you fill in a form or enrol in a course.
• Do not misuse the website — for example by attempting unauthorised access, sending spam or uploading harmful code.
• Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

3. Online courses and accounts

Online course access is personal to the enrolled learner (or to the named learners on a team licence) and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Keep your login details confidential. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared or misused. Course content and features may be updated from time to time to keep them current.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs, courses and books — including text, videos, frameworks, workbooks, images and the Arunaagiri name — belongs to Arunaagiri or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal or internal learning only. Recording, copying, distributing or using it to deliver training to others without our written permission is not allowed.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers on their own terms. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No guarantee of results

Our programs and content are designed to be practical and immediately useful, but results depend on how they are applied. Nothing on this website is a promise of specific business, financial or personal outcomes, and it is not professional legal, financial or medical advice.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to other sites, such as YouTube, social media, online stores or learning platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

8. Limitation of liability
