We have some degree of voluntary control over the breath, but we have no direct control over other automatic body processes like digestion, hormone releases, or our immune system. Additionally, breathing is a necessary living function. This combination is distinct. Therefore, breathing is a conscious doorway to the subconscious mind and a voluntary doorway to the involuntary body.<\/p>\n<p>In ways that are not always obvious and at levels that are not always evident on the surface, breathing directly affects the state of the body and mind. In both Asana and meditation, the breath is a constant companion. However, the breath plays a crucial role in pranayama. Working with the breath in yoga is known as pranayama. It&#8217;s critical to calm the body and the mind before beginning pranayama. We may more easily access the delicate sense of the breath when the body is calm and the reason is at ease. Therefore, we shouldn&#8217;t robotically perform pranayama. One must be mentally at ease to practise the asanas with a complete focus on unwinding and breathing. Because the relaxation of the muscles is linked to the exhale, one can significantly aid in it by deliberately exhaling.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga demonstrates how various breathing may have an impact on both the body and the psyche. Unfortunately, how we usually breathe has diverged significantly from the healthy and appropriate manner to breathe.<\/p>\n<p>This inner touch that we develop ought to be enjoyable and straightforward.
